If you are interested in becoming a real estate agent, you will need to complete an accredited real estate course before taking your state's licensing exam. To find a list of accredited real estate schools in your area, contact your state's real estate licensing board. Most maintain Web sites that include important information on licensing requirements, application forms, and local real estate schools. You can find a list of real estate regulatory agencies by state by visiting the Association for Real Estate License Law Officials Web site.
