March 22, 2002, Newsletter Issue #19: How Do You Sell Your Own Home?

Tip of the Week

Are you struggling to find a way to advertise your home? Perhaps, the newspaper is your answer.

When you decide to list your home in a newspaper, or more than one, it would be a good idea to look at the different prices for ads in the paper. Some papers will charge a flat rate for a one to two week run. Most, however, will charge per character or word. In addition to that, they will charge for how many days the ad runs.
